Joseph Mazzoli

Joseph Mazzoli, CFA, currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Investor Relations & Client Development for Business Development Companies (BDCs) at Barings since October 2022. Previously, Joseph held roles at Wells Fargo from June 2012 to October 2022, including Director and Vice President in Leveraged Finance Sales & Trading, where responsibilities included analysis of stressed loans and high yield bonds. Early in the career at Wells Fargo, Joseph worked as an Associate Analyst in Equity Research focused on private credit and BDCs, and as an Analyst in Leveraged Loan Syndicate. Prior experience includes a position as Financial Analyst at Blackbaud from April 2010 to June 2012. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the College of Charleston between 2006 and 2009.
