Justin T. Palmer

Justin T. Palmer has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Starting in 2001, they worked at Investors Bank & Trust as a Senior Internal Auditor until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Manager-Financial Services Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Justin T. then took on the role of Chief Operations Officer at Barings from 2008 until July 2021. During their time at Barings, they also served as the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Transformation, and Delivery. Currently, they are a member of the SIFMA Asset Management Group Operations Executive Committee since October 2021.

Justin T. Palmer completed their Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Florida from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they attended Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 1999 to 2001, though the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Justin T. also attended Elmira College from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued Business Management, but did not obtain a degree.
