Kelly Watson Mooney

Kelly Watson Mooney has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kelly started their career at Barings as an Associate Director, Global Talent & DEI in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Randstad Technologies US as a National Strategic Accounts - Technical Recruiter from 2014 to 2018. Before entering the corporate world, they gained valuable experience in marketing and promotion as a Marketing Assistant at NC State Athletics from 2013 to 2014. Kelly also had a role at ESPN as a Co-Captain of the ESPNU Campus Crew from 2011 to 2013, where they executed promotional events and campaigns. Kelly began their career during their time at the University of Alabama, where they held various roles including Director of First Year Council, Director of Homecoming Communications, Deputy Director of Communications for Academic Affairs at the Student Government Association, and Freshman Forum member.
