Maille Roberts

Maille Roberts has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Maille currently works as the Global HR Technology Lead, Compensation & Benefits at Barings since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director, Compensation, HRIS, & Analytics at the same company from October 2017 to May 2022.

Before joining Barings, Maille worked as a Compensation Analyst at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute from February 2016 to October 2017. Maille also gained retail experience at EXPRESS, where they held various roles including Sales Associate, Co-Manager, and Sales Leader from May 2011 to October 2016.

In the healthcare industry, Maille worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America as an Associate Compensation Consultant from May 2015 to February 2016, and as a Compensation Administrator from October 2014 to May 2015.

Additionally, Maille has worked in education, serving as a Paraprofessional at Wareham Public Schools from July 2011 to August 2014, and as a Substitute Teacher from January 2011 to January 2013. Maille also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Wheelock College from September 2013 to May 2014, and as an Operations Assistant at Emmanuel College Student Financial Services from September 2010 to May 2013.

Prior to their professional career, Maille worked as a Busser at White's of Westport from April 2009 to August 2009.

Maille Roberts completed their high school education at Bishop Connolly High School from 2006 to 2010, earning a High School Diploma. Maille then attended Emmanuel College (Boston) from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Developmental Psychology.
