Nainita Patel

Nainita Patel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Nainita is currently working at Barings as the Director of Global Technology and Data since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Global Technology and Data at Barings starting from September 2021.

Before joining Barings, Nainita worked at M&G Investments for nearly a decade starting from March 2012. During their time there, they served as a Delivery Lead, responsible for facilitating scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings. Nainita also played a key role in strategic planning events and design thinking sessions.

Earlier in their career, Nainita worked at RBS, where they held multiple roles. Nainita was a Change Manager between July 2011 and March 2012, delivering projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Change Analyst from July 2007 to July 2011, leading project working groups and ensuring smooth delivery of change into the business. Nainita also started their career at RBS as an Assistant Relationship Manager as part of the Commercial Fast Track Relationship Manager Programme.

Nainita's work experience also includes a brief stint at The Profile Group (UK) Ltd as a Business Development professional in 2005. Nainita started their career at Banco Santander as a Customer Advisor from July 2000 to October 2004.

Nainita Patel completed their primary education at Preston Park Primary School from 1986 to 1995. Nainita then attended Claremont High School from 1995 to 2001. Afterward, they pursued a BSc degree in Computing with Business Management from Kingston University from 2001 to 2004.
