Aarti Sharma

Aarti Sharma has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Aarti began their career in 2001 as a Senior Executive - HR & Systems at Wipro Technologies, where they implemented SAP HR for a division as a Functional Consultant. In 2002, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Consultant. In 2005, they joined Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. as a Senior Manager - Human Resources, where they reported to the Global CHRO and headed the HR Business Partner team for all Corporate Functions at the head office. In 2010, they joined Stryker as a Global HR Manager - Information Technology, where they were a Strategic HR Partner for a global IT team. In 2013, they joined Cambium Networks as Vice President & Head - Global Human Resources, where they partnered with senior executives and coached leaders across the company to help them transform and reach their potential while growing the business. In 2022, they joined BARK as Chief People Officer.

Aarti Sharma has a diverse educational background. Aarti obtained their GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI in 2012 and their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute in 2011. In 2011, they also obtained their Gallup Strengths Coach certification from Gallup. Aarti obtained their MBA from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY between 1999 and 2001, and their Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College between 1996 and 1999.
