Joe Cardador has extensive work experience in research and analysis. Joe started their career as an Employment Training Specialist at Goodwill Industries/Shoreline Occupational Services in 1992, where they provided on-site training for clients with disabilities and created employment opportunities for them. Joe then worked as a Mediator and Trainer at the Conflict Resolution Center from 1994 to 1997, where they served as a volunteer mediator and taught conflict mediation skills to individuals and businesses.

In 1998, Joe started working as an Independent Consultant as an I/O Psychologist, providing consulting services in the field. At the same time, they also worked as a College Instructor at Colorado State University, teaching upper-level undergraduate courses in testing and measurement, industrial psychology, and organizational psychology.

In 2003, Joe joined Service Management Group as the Chief Research Officer, where they directed a research team delivering insights on customer satisfaction and loyalty to over 200 multiunit restaurant and retail clients. Joe introduced new brand research and custom research capabilities, significantly increasing custom brand research revenues. Joe also held the roles of Vice President of Research and Research Director during their time at the company.
