Natalie Sutton

Natalie Sutton has a diverse work experience in the advertising and recruiting industries. Natalie started their career at Young & Rubicam as an Assistant Account Executive from October 2009 to March 2011. Afterwards, they worked as an Account Executive at Young & Rubicam from March to May 2011. Natalie then joined DDB as an Account Executive from May 2011 to July 2012. Natalie later worked at Schafer Condon Carter as an Account Executive from July 2012 to July 2015. Natalie then joined The Creative Group as a Senior Recruiter specializing in digital roles from August 2015 to August 2016. Following that, they worked at FCB Chicago as a Recruiter from August 2016 to October 2017, and then as a Recruiting Manager from October 2017 to May 2018. Currently, Natalie is at Barkley where they are the Director of Recruiting, a position they have held since July 2019.

Natalie Sutton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they attended from 2005 to 2009.
