Mikeia Davenport has had a progressive career in the field of Human Resources. Mikeia most recently worked at Barkley as an Associate HR Director. Prior to that, they served as a People Operations Manager at Smiths Agency. Before that, they held roles at Highmark Health as an HR Centralized Position Management Specialist and an HR Customer Service Representative. Mikeia began their career as a Reimbursement Counselor at AmerisourceBergen. Throughout their experience, Mikeia has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, position management, data governance, and providing excellent customer service.

Mikeia Davenport completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership at Point Park University from 2014 to 2016. Mikeia then pursued a Master's degree in MBA-Human Resources Management at Carlow University, which they completed from 2016 to 2020.
