Jafar Owainati

Jafar Owainati is the Co-founder & CEO of Barley, a compensation management software company. Prior to Barley, Jafar was involved in various roles including serving as Co-founder & Board Member, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Loopio. Jafar also worked as a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte and as a Mechanical Engineer at SNC-Lavalin. Jafar holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
