Hannah Mitchell-Parsons has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2019. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Cofounder of Epicentral Coworking, a creative and collaborative workspace. In 2012, they were the Interim Director at The Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Interim Executive Director at The Greenway Fund, where they contracted to ensure board affirmation of the organization's mission and vision, strategic planning, board restructuring, policy implementation, budget planning for 2015 and fundraising for capacity building. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Chief Economic Development Officer and Chief Community Development Officer at the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and EDC. In 2018, they were the Interim Chief of Staff at the National Cybersecurity Center, where they managed strategic partnerships, advocated for favorable policy at the state level, and represented the organization at the Federal level. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they were the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Exponential Impact, an early stage technology accelerator in Colorado Springs.
Hannah Mitchell-Parsons holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from 2002 to 2004. Hannah also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Missouri Southern State University, where they studied International Business from 1995 to 1999.
