Helena Malarkey

Helena Malarkey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Helena started their career as an Attorney at Law at Reuter & Partner, where they handled a range of legal cases and played a key role in a significant due diligence investigation. Afterward, they worked as a Local Childcare Coordinator at Cultural Care Au Pair. In 2010, Helena founded their own company, LingoLearning LLC, where they served as the CEO and developed a successful after-school foreign language program. Most recently, they joined cbs Corporate Business Solutions in 2019 as a Manager, Operations & Legal. In this role, they managed the administrative and organizational aspects of multiple offices and led the legal and compliance functions at cbs America. Additionally, Helena assumed the position of Director Legal & Operations in 2022.

Helena Malarkey obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree specializing in German and European Law from Universitaet Heidelberg, Germany, during the period from 1990 to 1992. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Hamburg, where they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from 1994 to 1996. Recently, in 2020, Helena also earned a Business Law Certificate from Cornell University.
