Debbie Jackson

As Barnard’s Risk Management Director, Debbie Jackson is responsible for the Company’s global insurance and surety programs. She works closely with the Senior Management, Operations Managers, Legal Department, and other internal departments to identify and evaluate corporate and project risks, select appropriate combinations of risk retention and risk transfer techniques, and establish the overall insurance program structure. She is involved with project teams during proposal stages, award, execution of project work, and through closure of contracts and claims.
