J. Patrick Brown

J. Patrick Brown has been working with the construction industry representing contractors and subcontractors for 29 years. He joined Barnard as General Counsel in 2004. Working with Barnard, Pat provides legal counsel tempered with a business sense to allow the Barnard Companies to make sound business decisions. This counsel ranges from contract review to contract negotiations and claims resolution. His work on insurance claims has included commercial general liability claims, builder’s risk claims, professional liability claims, and director’s and officer’s claims.
