Dr. Kristen Fano-Schultze brings over a decade of pharmacy experience ranging in independent, home infusion, long term care, and hospital pharmacy. She is currently the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services and the Pharmacokinetics professor for Doctor of Nurse Practitioner students at Chamberlain University and a certified 340B expert. She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from South University and then completed her Master’s of Business Administration- Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisiana- Lafayette. Kristen utilizes a combination of clinical and strategic visioning to integrate pharmacists into various interdisciplinary teams to close the gap on continuity of care, directly impacting readmission rates and measurable cost avoidance to health systems. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family gardening and heading to the gulf coast beaches.
