Brian O'Connell

Brian O'Connell is a semi-retired machinery and equipment appraiser with extensive experience in the field. Currently, Brian O'Connell serves as a Principal Appraisal Services provider at Barnes Wendling Appraisal Services, a position held since May 2009, also functioning as an instructor for the Commercial Finance Association. Previously, Brian O'Connell led appraisal services as the Appraisal Group Manager at National City Bank from March 2000 to May 2009 and served as a Senior Appraiser at Key Bank from 1995 to 1999, where responsibilities included collaborating with lenders and field examiners to establish value for machinery, equipment, and inventory.
