Abdullah Alfanar is an accomplished Training Manager with extensive experience in developing and implementing training programs across various organizations. Currently, Abdullah serves as the Training Manager at Barns since January 2024. Prior to this, Abdullah held the position of Training Manager for Starbucks at Alshaya Group from September 2018 to January 2024, where effective training content was developed to enhance brand awareness and ensure high-quality delivery. Abdullah's previous roles include Training and Development Manager at Donia Al Asawaf and Zohoor Alreef Trading Company, where notable achievements included designing comprehensive training programs and managing development initiatives. Abdullah began the career as a Training Manager and later transitioned to Area Sales Manager at Alyasra Fashion, along with foundational experience as a Starbucks Learning Specialist at M. H. Alshaya Co. Abdullah holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Communication from Harvard Business School Online and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Damascus University.
