Katie Marchini

Katie Marchini has a diverse work experience in compensation and benefits roles. Katie started their career as Chief of Operations and Marketing at Financial Institution Consulting Corporation in 2002. Here, they served corporate boards, investors, and financial institutions, designing and implementing customized executive benefits and life insurance plans. Katie then moved on to Steadfast Financial Advisors in 2011, where they worked as a Partner and Senior Benefits Consultant, providing strategic business initiatives and advanced insurance plan design to business owners. In 2015, they joined Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Inc. as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Katie continued their career at Monogram Foods in 2016, where they managed compensation and benefits before joining BARR BRANDS INTERNATIONAL, INC. in 2017 as the Director of Compensation and Benefits.

Katie Marchini obtained a Bachelor of Political Science degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Memphis, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Katie also briefly attended Ulster University in 1996 and 1997, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Katie Marchini is scheduled to obtain the "Advancing Your Skills as an HR Business Partner" certification from LinkedIn in 2023.
