Lauri Lipka

Lauri Lipka has extensive experience in human resources. Lauri is currently serving as the VP, Head of Human Resources at Barr Brands International, Inc. Since joining the company in 2023. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as SVP, Human Resources - Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain/IT at Ashley Furniture Industries. Before that, Lauri held various positions at AGCO Corporation from 2010 to 2021, including Vice President, Human Resources - Asia Pacific / Africa, Vice President, Global Talent Solutions, Senior Director, Global Talent, Rewards, and HR Operations, and Director, Global Talent Management. Lauri also has experience at Brambles Industries as Director, Talent Management and Manager, Talent Management, and at CHEP as an HR Program Manager. Their early career includes roles as HR Talent / Project Manager at Reynolds and Reynolds from 1996 to 2003.

Lauri Lipka earned a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources/Organizational Behavior from Miami University. In terms of additional certifications, Lauri Lipka holds a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management, which they obtained in 2015. Lauri is also a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, with the certification obtained in 2005. Additionally, they have various certifications and training in areas such as leadership development, competency assessment, and Six Sigma.
