Abdul Halim Ph.d., P.e.

Abdul Halim, Ph.D., P.E. is a Senior Structural Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. Abdul previously worked as a Structural Engineer at VAA and has a background in civil and structural engineering from Kansas State University and Kabul University. Abdul has extensive experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel building structures, as well as in preparing design documents, proposals, and project deliverables. Abdul has supervised construction work, led design initiatives, and trained junior engineers in wind load calculations.
