Kaitlin Werner

Kaitlin Werner is a registered professional engineer with extensive experience in civil and water resources engineering, currently serving as a Civil Engineer at Barr Engineering Co. since October 2013. Kaitlin's expertise encompasses site design for various developments, project management for industrial facilities, storm water management, and safety inspections for regulated dams. Prior experience includes working as a Water Resources Engineer at Ayres Associates, where Kaitlin contributed to multiple civil engineering projects, and as a Design Engineer at TEC Design, where infrastructure designs and regulatory permits were completed for residential and commercial sites. Academic foundations were laid at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Kaitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, alongside research opportunities supported by the National Science Foundation. Notably, Kaitlin also served as Head Instructor at Pewaukee Lake Sailing School, demonstrating leadership and instructional skills.
