Since our founding in 1976, BR&B has always been on the cutting edge of securities litigation.

When the landscape changed with the passage of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (PSLRA) of 1995, BR&B was the first to represent a public pension fund as a lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action.

BR&B was also one of the first firms to recover more than $1 billion dollars in a securities class action on behalf of a client.

In 2002, BR&B launched BEAMS®, our comprehensive and complimentary web-based evaluation and monitoring system designed to help institutional investors follow their financial interest in securities litigation.
