Kristen Gadberry, CPM®, serves as the Regional Vice President at Barrett & Stokely, overseeing Regional and District Managers in the Indianapolis and Columbus, Ohio areas, with expertise in Class A communities, renovation projects, and new construction. With a background that includes roles as Regional Operations Manager and Regional Manager, Kristen has also held positions at Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc., BAM Outdoor Inc., and J.C. Hart Company, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from managing extensive portfolios to developing company-wide policies. Kristen's earlier experience includes roles at HealthNet and The Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
