Kathleen Willman

Kathleen Willman, P.Eng. is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability for Barrick Gold Corporation since October 2023, Kathleen has previously held significant roles at Teck Resources Limited, including Director of Environmental Legacies and Manager of Engineering and Remediation. Kathleen's career began at Klohn Crippen Berger as a Civil Engineer/Student and has included positions as Senior Consultant at SRK Consulting and Environmental Engineer at Teck Alaska Inc. Kathleen Willman earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia between 1992 and 1997.
