Julien HUEL has extensive experience in the hospitality and restaurant sector, currently serving as Directeur Général Hôtellerie & Restauration at Barrière since July 2010. In this role, Julien oversees a substantial restaurant operation generating 120 million euros in revenue, manages a team of around 2,000 employees across more than 120 outlets, and plays a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Julien held various leadership positions at Barrière, including Vice President of Group Transformation and Vice President of Food & Beverage. Julien began a career in finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 2006 to June 2010, where responsibilities included auditing and managing teams within the TICE department. Julien holds a Master’s degree in Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and has studied at Universitat de Barcelona.
