Maria M. has a strong background in human resources operations and management in the hospitality industry. Maria started their career in 1996 with Swissotel, where they worked in human resources until 2000. From 2000 to 2014, Maria held the position of Director of Human Resources at the St. Regis Hotel New York. In 2014, they joined The Knickerbocker Hotel as Director of Human Resources for a year.
