Caroline Wolfe is a seasoned professional with a strong background in communications, culture, and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Communications and Culture at Barriere Construction since September 2013, Caroline has also held the position of Training and Development Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Caroline was the Human Resources Director at Gillis, Ellis, & Baker, Inc., where responsibilities included directing the Human Resources department and advising clients. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Mississippi and has furthered education with a certification in Leadership in Family Enterprises from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
