Matthew Allen has over 16 years of experience in recruitment consulting. Matthew began their career as a Consultant at Anson McCade, specializing in IT and Finance. Matthew then joined Gray & Associates as a Consultant, focusing on Administration and Office Support positions in the Public Sector. Matthew later joined Resourcing Group, where they held roles as a Senior Consultant in Edinburgh and a Principal Consultant in New York, responsible for opening new branches and building divisions related to Property, Facility Management, and Maintenance. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director - Commercial Sales & Marketing at Barrington James, where they specialize in placing mid to senior-level sales and marketing professionals in the Life Science Industries.
