Albert Pérez Masoliver

Albert Pérez Masoliver has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Albert started their career at Danone as an HR Business Partner and Sourcing and Recruitment Manager from February 2010 to October 2013. In this role, they supported the country manager and line managers in driving business results. Albert also translated business needs into HR requirements, provided evaluation services, and coached and counseled business management on various topics.

From October 2013 to February 2015, Albert worked at SWAROVSKI as an HR Operations Manager (Business Partner), where they supported the Managing Directors and Line Managers in driving business results through people and organization capability. Albert focused on continuously improving processes and identifying initiatives to improve the quality of HR delivery. Albert also evaluated company needs and planned training programs.

In March 2015, Albert became the HR Operations Manager for the Europe Region at SWAROVSKI. In this role, they led the implementation of the Workday system, coordinated functional areas, data, deployment, and reporting. Albert also provided change management guidance, translated business needs into HR requirements, supported culture change initiatives, and served as an advisor on talent, performance management, leadership, and learning and development strategy.

From December 2016 to September 2017, Albert took on a stretch assignment as the Global Talent, Performance, and L&D Manager at SWAROVSKI. During this time, they worked on strategic activities related to talent management, performance management, and learning and development.

From January 2018 to September 2020, Albert served as the HR Director Italy & Iberica at SWAROVSKI. In this role, they provided HR support to the Italian and Iberian regions.

Most recently, Albert joined the Barry Callebaut Group as the Vice President Global HR Business Partner in January 2023. In this role, they are responsible for partnering with global HR and business leaders to support the company's HR strategy and drive business success.

Albert Pérez Masoliver completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Universitat de Girona from 2003 to 2008.
