Colin Trotman

Colin Trotman is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background spanning over three decades in the food manufacturing sector and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Natures Way Foods since July 2023, Colin has held significant roles such as Director of Engineering & Risk Management at both Bernard Matthews and AMBER REI HOLDINGS LIMITED. Previous positions include Head of Engineering at Avara Foods and Faccenda Foods Ltd, as well as Engineering Manager roles at Whitworths Ltd and Mc Vitie's. Colin began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer at ICI and transitioned through various management positions, demonstrating expertise in risk management and engineering operations. Colin earned a BEng(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
