Danica Siemer

Danica Siemer currently serves as Managing Director DACH at Barry Callebaut Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Danica was Managing Director for Kerrygold at Ornua from June 2019 to November 2023. Danica's extensive experience includes various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, such as Director of Market Strategy & Planning for Central Europe and Customer Development Director for Germany, as well as roles at Grohe, Mars, and Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. Danica holds an Executive Education Program, General Management from IESE Business School, an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
