Evie De Vis currently serves as the R&D Technical Project and Product Portfolio Manager for the Callebaut brand at Barry Callebaut Group since September 2020. In addition, Evie is a board member and volunteer at Behind Endo (Stories) vzw, focusing on recognition and framework for endometriosis care. Evie also teaches Food Microbiology at SYNTRA Midden-Vlaanderen. Prior experience includes roles such as International QA Manager Operations at Vandemoortele and various quality and R&D management positions within Barry Callebaut. Evie holds a Master's degree in Food Chemistry & Technology from Ghent University and has completed further specialized training in bakery and pastry arts.
