Gabriela Aramayo

Gabriela Aramayo is an accomplished professional in the field of food technology and quality management with extensive experience in sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Responsible Sourcing Lead for Dairy, Soy & Specialties at Barry Callebaut Group, Gabriela drives the implementation of sustainability targets aligned with the Forever Chocolate strategy while overseeing supplier performance. Previous roles include Quality Global Cocoa CI and Compliance Manager and Europe Microbiology Operations Lab Manager at Mars, where Gabriela launched a microbiology lab and managed a team of technicians. Gabriela has also held positions at Bel, Danone Nutricia Research, Danone Dairy, and various organizations, demonstrating expertise in risk management, project quality, and compliance with food safety standards. Gabriela holds multiple Master's degrees from AgroParisTech and an Engineer's degree in Food Technology from Universidad Nacional de Villa María.
