Jesse Guillen

Jesse Guillen serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Gourmet at Barry Callebaut Group since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in sales management roles. Prior to this position, Jesse was a Regional Sales Manager at Pero Family Farms Food Company LLC from March 2018 to July 2023, and held the title of District Sales Manager at Mann's Fresh Vegetables from October 2016 to March 2018 as well as at US Foods from March 2010 to October 2016. Jesse began the career as a Sales-Territory Manager at Chefs Produce Company, achieving success in customer acquisition and lead generation through cold calling. Before venturing into sales, Jesse worked as a Corporate Trainer at Texas Roadhouse, where responsibilities included training staff in various roles to enhance the guest experience. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned between 2005 and 2008.
