Kaitlin Nolan

Kaitlin Nolan has extensive experience in the food supply chain industry, currently serving as Head of Internal Newsroom and previously as Program Director for Change & Transformation and Senior Manager in Dairy Sourcing at Barry Callebaut Group since January 2018. Prior to this role, Kaitlin held various product management positions at Hoogwegt, focusing on whey proteins and dairy products from March 2015 to December 2017. Kaitlin began a career at Archer Daniels Midland, where responsibilities included commodity merchandising for corn, soybeans, and wheat from May 2011 to March 2015, alongside an internship in the FOB Trucking group in 2010. Academically, Kaitlin holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, specializing in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, as well as a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
