Noven Rozano

Noven Rozano has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as Head of HR at Barry Callebaut Group. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Advisor at an unspecified company in 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Mondelēz International, including People Lead for MSC Indonesia & Malaysia and HR ISC Lead for Indonesia. Before that, they worked at CEVA South East Asia (SEA) Cluster as a SEA Talent Development lead, Country HR Lead, and Business HR & Talent Partner. In 2010 and 2011, they served as the Head of Employee/Industrial Relation at Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Tudung Group, Bank Danamon Simpan Pinjam, PT Dirgamenara Nusadwipa, PT Astra Otoparts, Tbk, and PT Matahari Putra Prima.

Noven Rozano received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran from 1993 to 1999.
