Spruha Bhangle possesses extensive experience in demand planning and customer service within the food industry. Currently serving as a Demand Planner at Barry Callebaut Group since September 2017, Spruha is responsible for generating baseline forecasts and enhancing demand forecasts by analyzing sales trends. Previously, Spruha held the role of Senior Customer Service Executive at Barry Callebaut, where responsibilities included expanding the customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing sales orders, and overseeing pricing negotiations and inventory levels. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Customer Service Manager at ADM and Customer Service & Sales Coordinator at Barry Callebaut India Pvt Ltd, alongside a tenure as Culinary Consultant at Nestle. Academically, Spruha holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition.
