Tilmann Silber is an accomplished leader in sustainability and climate strategy, currently serving as Head of Net Zero at Barry Callebaut Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the company’s transition towards net zero emissions and fostering collaboration across the chocolate industry.
