Claire Rush

Claire Rush is a highly experienced trial attorney specializing in the defense of high exposure personal injury actions. Currently a Partner at Barry McTiernan & Moore LLC since July 2019, Claire also serves as the Owner of Rush & Sabbatino, PLLC since April 2011. Prior experience includes being a Partner at Russo, Keane & Toner from September 2001 to April 2011, where Claire defended general liability matters, and serving as Assistant General Counsel at MTA / NYCTA from October 1984 to September 2001, during which Claire managed over 75 high exposure personal injury and wrongful death cases. Claire holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity College-Hartford. Claire has received a Preeminent AV rating of 5.
