Ahmad Jones

Ahmad Jones has a diverse work experience that includes roles in the fitness industry, as well as an internship in media production. Ahmad held the position of Market Talent Lead and Fitness Instructor at Barry's from February 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Fitness Instructor at the same company from November 2019 to March 2023. Ahmad also worked as a Co-Founder at Triyo Fitness, a fitness brand and organization specializing in calisthenics. Ahmad co-founded the company with their two identical triplet brothers in January 2014 and continues to be involved with it. Additionally, Ahmad worked as a Fitness Trainer at OxeFit from February 2022 to March 2023, and as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at Fit Academy from December 2018 to November 2019. Their work experience also includes an internship as a Creative Services and Media Production Intern at NEA, where they gained experience in supporting promotional film shoots and participating in project planning sessions.

Ahmad Jones earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in 2017. In 2017, they also briefly attended the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, although no degree or field of study is specified.
