Rachel has a background in human resources with experience in recruitment and HR business partnering roles at various companies. Rachel currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Carrot Fertility since June 2023. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Pendo.io as a Senior HR Business Partner and held various HR roles. Rachel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Human Resources Management at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
