David Restainer, CCIM has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2002, they began their career with Fortune International as a Sales Director and Commercial Real Estate Broker. In 2012, they joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate as a Managing Director Commercial Real Estate and Managing Broker, and also joined Douglas Elliman Commercial, LLC as a Managing Director Commercial Real Estate. In 2021, they became Co-Founder and Business Development at Metapunkz, a lifestyle project from a team with a combined 100 years of experience in marketing, film, and gaming. Most recently, in 2022, they became Managing Director Real Estate Acquisitions at Barsala, a tech-driven hospitality company that allows multifamily apartment developers to monetize vacancy and supercharge the velocity of the lease up period.

David Restainer, CCIM holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a BSBA in Finance/Management from Central Michigan University, and a Management degree from the Sanno Institute of Management. David obtained their Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification from the CCIM Institute in April 2018, a US Green Building Council - GPRO Certificate from the University of Miami Division of Continuing & International Education in May 2019, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 2002, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York from The State of New York in November 2017.
