Neil Jennings was born in Yokosuka, Japan. Being from a military family, Neil moved around a lot and spent time in the Philippines and Hawaii, before eventually settling down in San Antonio. Neil graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Sports Administration and a minor in business. Neil has previous experience with the Houston Texans as well as the Houston Sabercats and is excited to use his expertise to enhance the sports and fitness department at the J.
