Regina A. Finuliar, PHR, EMBA, currently serves as a Senior Workforce Development Analyst at BART, focusing on training, special events, employee engagement, and partnerships. As a Human Resources Consultant at Shoreline HR Solutions, Regina advises clients on HR initiatives that align with business needs. In addition, Regina has a long-standing commitment to the YOUR FILIPINO PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATION, holding the position of President and having previously contributed in various roles. Regina's past experience includes positions at Freenome, Agenus, Zogenix, Bio-Rad Laboratories, and Satmetrix Systems, spanning roles from HR Business Partner to HR Manager, with a strong emphasis on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
