Grace Desantis

Grace DeSantis, AICP, currently serves as a Project Community Planner at Barton & Loguidice, with previous roles advancing from Community Planner I to Community Planner II. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the UB Community Resilience Lab, focusing on microclimate research and resident vulnerability related to extreme weather events. Grace has contributed to sustainability initiatives at UB, coordinated zero waste programming, and supported the Buffalo Niagara River Land Trust in developing interactive suitability analysis tools. Additional roles include Administrative Coordinator at Cx Associates and Environmental Technician at KAS, Inc. Grace has also held teaching assistant positions at the University at Buffalo. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
