Alejandra Delcastillo has a range of experience in the fields of influencer relations, public relations, social media management, and marketing coordination. Alejandra began their career at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they served as a Videographer and Social Media Coordinator Intern. During this time, they identified trends that influenced PR strategies, wrote press releases and blogs for campus events, and helped expand the university's Twitter following.

After completing their internship, Alejandra joined DVideo Productions Studio/The Montage Maven as a Staff Producer and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they managed and updated the company's blog, created and managed various social media accounts, performed A/B testing, monitored ads and posts, and communicated with clients to develop project proposals.

Alejandra then moved on to Rebdolls, where they held two different positions. First, as a Public Relations Specialist, they built and led an influencer program, managing over 300 influencers and overseeing the vetting process. Alejandra also created reports on influencer performance, negotiated influencer deals, and managed contract processes. Later, Alejandra became the Social Media Manager for Rebdolls and implemented influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and social media following. Alejandra also managed the company's Instagram page, which saw a significant increase in followers during their tenure.

Currently, Alejandra is employed at Base Beauty Creative Agency as an Influencer Relations Manager. Their responsibilities include identifying, building, and maintaining professional relationships with key talent and agents, project managing influencer marketing campaigns, developing KPI frameworks, managing budgets, ensuring deadlines are met, and tracking and reporting program insights. Alejandra also strategizes, sources, negotiates, and briefs partners for paid programs, ensuring they align with the client's brand and goals. Additionally, Alejandra plays a role in developing structure and protocols for ongoing seeding programs, as well as identifying new opportunities to drive the client's vision.
