Ivette R. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ivette started their career as a CO-OP Practice at Laboratorio Clinico Camaseyes in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at the same university, supervising laboratory activities and providing assistance to students. Ivette also worked as an Assistant Researcher and Laboratory Assistant Coordinator at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where they conducted analyses of natural products and ensured laboratory operations ran smoothly.

Ivette R. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Microbiology with a field of study in Food Science and Technology at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Ivette attended this university from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Microbiology in the same field of study at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Ivette also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science and Technology from the same institution.

In terms of certifications, Ivette R. received a HACCP certification from North Carolina State University in an undisclosed year. Ivette obtained a GMP certification from the College of Engineering - UPRM in May 2014. Additionally, they obtained a ServSafe Certification in Food management in September 2013.
