Francis Llasera has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2006, they started as a Pharma Sales Representative at KADRIGE, where they worked until 2008 before being promoted to International Training Manager. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Roche Pharmaceuticals as an e-Marketing Project Manager. In 2013, Francis became self-employed and worked as a Senior Consultant Trainer until 2021, when they joined BASE life science as the Manager of Customer Engagement and Digital Transformation.

Francis Llasera began their education at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, where they pursued a degree in Études/civilisation américaines/des États-Unis from 1990 to 1995. Francis then attended Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Diplôme d'Etudes Politiques with a focus on relations and international affairs. In 2005 to 2006, Francis pursued further education at the Institut de Formation de Délégués Médicaux and earned a Diplôme de la Visite Médicale in the field of promoting medication.
