Kim Hoang Nguyen

Kim Hoang Nguyen's work experience begins with their role as a Senior Consultant at BASE life science starting in November 2021. In this position, they acted as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Data Analytics, leading the development of cross-functional analytics solutions with a commercial focus. Kim provided guidance on utilizing and modeling data for flexibility and better decision making.

Prior to their role at BASE life science, Kim worked at Inviso by Devoteam from February 2018 to November 2021. Kim started as a Consultant, where their responsibilities included leading workshops, automating data extraction and cleansing, building data models, calculating key metrics, and designing dashboards for self-service analytics. Kim then progressed to the role of Senior Consultant in September 2019, and finally became the Lead Consultant in April 2021.

Before their time at Inviso by Devoteam, Kim worked as a Junior Analyst at Copenhagen Airports A/S from August 2017 to February 2018.

Kim's earliest work experience was as a Student Assistant at The Royal Library from February 2015 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as staffing the counter and managing the opening and closing of the library on weekends. Kim also handled user inquiries, sorted books and publications, processed orders for archived articles, and updated user registration status.

Kim Hoang Nguyen has a strong education background in agricultural economics and business administration. In 2014, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agricultural Economics at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Kim then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Agricultural Economics at the same university from 2017 to 2019. During their master's program, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at Yonsei University in 2016, focusing on economics, business, and law.

To further supplement their education, Kim Hoang Nguyen took elective courses in different fields. In 2018, they attended Fudan University, where they studied business and innovation in China. Kim also participated in elective courses in economics and business administration at Copenhagen Business School in the same year. Additionally, in 2013, they took elective courses in global business and IT at IT-Universitetet i København.

In terms of certifications, Kim Hoang Nguyen has demonstrated expertise in various software and analytics tools. Kim obtained certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft. Kim also completed the Exam 778: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI. Additionally, they are a Tableau Accredited Trainer (Desktop I & II) and has certifications in Tableau Desktop, including Certified Professional and Certified Associate. Furthermore, they hold an Alteryx Certified Professional, Alteryx Advanced Certified, and Alteryx Core Certified from Alteryx. Recently, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. These certifications highlight their expertise and proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and software tools.
