Elicia Zakot

Elicia Zakot is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in retail and customer service. Currently serving as the North Bay Territory Sales Representative at Basemakers since April 2022, Elicia focuses on driving sales through strategic account management and innovative merchandising. Previous roles include a Travel Agent at Elicia's Magical Vacations, where itinerary customization and compliance were key responsibilities, and a series of managerial positions at Macy's, where Elicia led teams in various departments to enhance sales and customer experience. Elicia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Sonoma State University and an Associate's degree from Santa Rosa Junior College. Recognized for outstanding performance, Elicia was awarded the Presidents Club 2022 and serves as a mentor in the Basemakers mentorship program.
